Mmmmm, mmmmm, mmmmm.

Who knew cooking could be so fun? Cooking lessons with Seong- fun and yummy.

Seong: You always have to let meat rest.
Kay: Yeah, because it gets tired.
Gwen, Kay and Randy: (laughter)
Kay: Haha, I made a funny.

First, we went grocery shopping for all the ingredients. I found my new favorite place, Whole Foods. I'd never been there and was I ever overwhelmed, in a good way. So much to chose from. So many things to see. They had this stuff called chocolate flavored raw colostrum. WTF? Did that really say "colostrum?" But I thought that was what babies get from their mothers the first few days of breastfeeding. I looked it up in the dictionary to make sure. Yes, that is what it is. Hence, my face in the picture.
