Bikes, kites and bubbles

The sun was hiding behind a layer of clouds, but it was still a fun bike day in Oxnard. Thanks for making the commute and hope you had fun. Next time, Sea-doos.

First, we had fish and chips at Andria's at Ventura Harbor. Cile of course had Lobster.

Next, we drove through downtown Ventura to the top of Grant park and "the cross" to take in the view.

If you've ever seen the movie, Little Miss Sunshine, you'll recognize the freeway exit near the beach hotel in Ventura.

Watch this scene of the family trying to get off the freeway here.

Then, we played at Oxnard State Beach near the Mandalay Beach Resort.

Back to my house for Flour House bakery cupcakes. Flour House stole its idea from BreadBasket in Camarillo. They're even yummier.

Then, shopping at the Camarillo Premium Outlets where Rachey was the lucky winner.

Lastly, we made a stop to pick up authentic Oxnard-Mexican burritos at El Taco De Mexico and watched TV at home.

That's it from Oxnard.
